I gently had to say Clarence, and fortunately nothing happened to him, and the cat was probably as surprised as I was, but it was those kinds of experiences. But eventually I got a good crew together and we got things together and we got it moving in the right direction. But I basically had to train and retrain a lot of the people. I mean, the Cincinnati Zoo for a long period of time was closed during the winter months, which meant that the keepers didn’t have to clean glass and they got kind of lazy. So Bill Hoff changed that, we became a year round operation. And after that, we really had to get them moving in the right direction.
