Well I found that in, in general, there’s just something my grandfather taught me is just the best policy is to be honest and open about things. Not to cover things up, listen to people, give ’em a chance to contribute if they can give ’em a pat on the back if they deserve it, that sort of thing. Give credit where credit is due.
