During his tenure, Pat’s replacement’s tenure, the park finally didn’t make it, they always had huge financial problems. The St. Regis property was beautiful, but it was so far out. In the summertime, the long road was very dusty. It rains in Florida almost every day, and when it rained, the road became like a river. So it was a beautiful piece of property, but it was too far out for the general public in Canton, at Spring Lake. So eventually, they had to sell all their animals and they had to close the park.
