And so every day you go in and bucket thousands of pounds of fish and put ice on it and take it over the park to distribute to the different areas. Then you go back, clean up the room, sterilize the room as best you can. Then you take all the frozen food out of the freezer and put it in tubs. And, in those days, we water thawed.
