But, you know, because we didn’t have a development, we’ve got to, you know, we’ve got a foundation now and we’ve got a development, you know, development staff and all that. But if, but in those days we didn’t, that’s fairly recent thing. You know, that’s only in the last seven years. If you didn’t fundraise, you didn’t get to do anything. You didn’t get to build anything. You couldn’t, you didn’t get to develop anything. And basically we kind of had this unwritten understanding that we were, you know, we, we were allowed to do anything we could raise the funds for.
