Well why? This is what the land’s worth more money. Just get rid of it. Again, the legacy has to be solid so that it’s passed on to the kids or somebody else. And I’ll, I’ll tell you what I’m doing at Long Neck Matter for that. ’cause I’m 73, I’m no spring chicken here either. But, but it, but it doesn’t, that’s what’s at risk because a lot of these rich guys do it. And then their kids say, I’m not interested in that.
