And so poaching lemurs kinda, you know, became something that was happening. And by going into the schools and, you know, we’d been shipping school supplies to Madagascar for the schools and the areas where we’re working in container, you know, a big 20 foot container lots. And, you know, you buy a cow, you buy a bunch of rice, you throw a big party, explained to the kids how the lemurs are their heritage, important to Madagascar, why they shouldn’t. And in the meantime, mom and dad are in the background, eating roast cow and rice and food, and in two areas where there were serious poaching problems, the poaching, they hadn’t been any poaching in about eight or nine years now.
