Well, the idea, the idea has to come first. The vision has to come first. On the Lied Jungle, for instance, that that project got hatched. One of the things that you have to have is a long view, and you have to have a lot of persistence, a lot of persistence, and a lot of, you gotta have a long view and nothing. You know, there’s an old cliche about, you know, nothing is worth doing, can be done in less than four or five years. And that’s absolutely true. The Lied Jungle project was hatched one night when my wife had taken the kids to see her folks and, and a lawyer in Omaha with his wife had taken their kids to see their, you know, her folks and George (muttering), who was president of the board then, who was the guy who said, you know, if it doesn’t cost more than $10,000, I don’t need to know about it.
