What’s the deal?” And he said, “Look, I make you be excellent because one day you’re not gonna be excellent. You’re gonna fall below that. And I want you to be good always.” And so you want your animal keepers or your management staff even on the bad days, to be good, not to be fair. And so you have to have a higher standard. If you get to it, fabulous. And you will many times. But you have to have a high standard of what you consider to be the regular day to day. And if stuff doesn’t happen, I get it. So that’s the 90-10 rule.
